ellis has four main passions: travel, food, writing, and film. Plate of Wander fuses all but the latter. ellis, a recent Wellesley grad, fell in love with China after studying in Beijing and Shanghai, and currently lives in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, where she teaches college English, travels China, and eats enough food to feed two or three grown men.
